Dearest Gentle Readers,
It would appear that the ladies of Scarlet Springs Farm have once again orchestrated an affair most enchanting. You are most cordially invited to step into a world of romance, refinement, and a touch of pastoral intrigue inspired by the series 'Bridgerton' for the ton's favorite afternoon experience, High Tea with the Highlands.
This two-hour group experience begins, as all great stories should, with an introduction to the true nobility of the countryside—our beloved Highland cows, each most appropriately named after the illustrious Bridgerton family. Spend 30 delightful minutes meeting, petting, brushing, and doting on Penelope and Eloise, tending to Hyacinth and Daphne, and positively swooning over the ever-dashing Benedict.
Following your audience with the Highlands, guests will gather for a proper full tea service, thoughtfully prepared and styled for an elegant yet whimsical afternoon.
While Spring/Summer 2026 dates are sold out, this event shall resume in September & October on Tuesdays, Thursdays & select weekend dates.
Expect a locally-sourced loose-leaf hot tea accompanied by a classic tea fare prix-fix menu with items such as:

We may be able to transfer your ticket to another open date, pending availability and with at least 14 days notice prior to your tea. A $30 rebooking fee per ticket will apply.
