Enjoy the convenience of you & your bridal party staying in our on-site accommodations, 'The Spring House B&B' and enjoy coffee & breakfast in the glass sunroom at 'The Cottage' for a secondary staging area on your special day.
At Scarlet Springs Farm in Waterford, VA, we specialize in enchanting ceremonies, delightful alfresco cocktail hours, gorgeous receptions in our breathtaking stone barn and elegant high-end tented receptions- under a canopy romantic cafe lights. We are a boutique venue, offering only a small number of weddings each year to provide you with the highly-personalized & custom wedding experience that you and your guests will cherish forever.
